With intentionally small class sizes, we ensure you receive the individual attention you deserve. Every session is guided by Kim Dixon, an experienced and certified teacher in Hatha, Yin, Yin/Yang, and Restorative Yoga, as well as Meditation and Pranayama. With a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, Kim brings a person-centred approach to her teaching. Having spent years in high-pressure executive management roles, she understands the challenges of balancing career, family, and self-care—making her classes both empathetic and empowering.
At Anvaya Yoga, we embrace all levels of experience. Beginners are always welcome, and we encourage everyone to practice in a way that honours their individual needs. No, really! Sometimes, the best thing for a yogi is simply lying in savasana, and that’s completely okay. You’ll often see students exploring variations of poses that best suit their unique anatomy and physiology.
