Kimberly’s meditation courses are very practical and each week you will spend time practicing so that you have the skills to continue to practice between classes if you choose to do so. The course is suitable for absolute beginners as well as those seeking to deepen their practice.
In this course you will learn several styles of breath work (pranayama) and meditation so that you can select the style that works best for you.
