Anvaya Yoga Events
Wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at Anvaya Yoga. In addition to our scheduled weekly classes, we offer a range of special workshops and Yin Yoga immersions to support the wellbeing of our members.
Usually lasting 2 hours, these events are perfect if you are seeking to improve your understanding and practice of yoga, increase self-awareness, and gain knowledge that empowers you to make practical, informed choices to enhance your everyday life.
At Anvaya Yoga, our workshops and immersions give you the opportunity to master a new skill, expand your knowledge, and enjoy an affordable and accessible mini yoga retreat experience—right in your own neighborhood on a Saturday afternoon.
The 2-hour Yin Yoga Immersions allow us to fully release into a Yin state and sink into our practice. These immersions incorporate aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and are themed according to the 5 Elements and Seasons. This offers an opportunity to delve into traditional knowledge concerning the body’s energetic systems, along with beneficial dietary and lifestyle recommendations to support overall wellbeing.
In addition to the Yin Yoga Immersions, Anvaya Yoga also offers a variety of 2-hour deep-dive Workshops. These may focus on yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breath), philosophy, meditation, subtle energies, or broader elements of wellbeing and human flourishing—such as improving sleep quality.
